INFORMATION CLAUSE – Recruitment Consent
According to art. 13 § 1 and § 2 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", we inform you that:

We process your personal data only for the purpose of carrying out recruitment indicated in the job offer and for the purposes of future recruitment, if you have given your consent in the content of your application. We can process your personal data contained in the application also for the purposes of stablishing, investigating or defending against claims, if the claims relate to our recruitment. For this purpose, we will process your personal data - based on ourlegitimate interest in determining, investigation or defense against claims in the proceedings before courts or state authorities
Your data will be processed pursuant to:
Article 6 sec. 1 letter (b) GDPR - processing is necessary for the performance of a
contract
b) Article 6 sec. 1 letter (a) GDPR – your consent
c) Article 6 sec. 1 letter (f) GDPR - processing is necessary for the purposes of the
legitimate interests
We process your personal data for the purpose of recruitment for the position indicated in the announcement for a period of 30 days from completion of the recruitment process. The documentation will be archived in accordance with applicable laws. If you consent to the processing of personal data in future recruitments, we will
process them for a maximum of 2 years.
We do not transfer your personal data outside of European Economic Area. The recipients of your personal data will be team members who are directly involved in your recruitment process, authorized by the Controller to conduct the recruitment. The data may be available to publishing service providers job advertisements, suppliers of recruitment management systems and IT service providers such as hosting, courier services, public authorities or entities that are entitled to obtain personal data based on applicable law as well as other entities cooperating with us, to the extent necessary and for the purpose compliant with the performance of the contract. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at the e-mail address: rodo@dlabs.ai Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
You have the right to access your data, correct it, rectify it, delete it (to the extent indicated by the RODO), limit processing, transfer and file a complaint to the supervisory body; Your personal data will not be subject to automated processing, including profiling; Provision of personal data is a necessary requirement to undertake actions preceding the conclusion and performance of the recruitment. Failure to provide personal data will make it impossible to achieve the objective mentioned above.
